In relation to this, organizational change and a well stipulated action plan is usually essential for the success of any business. In regard to this, the organization managers should ensure involvement of all players in the restructuring of an organization and in the devising of an action plan. In this scenario, all stakeholders in an organization should be incorporated in decision making in order to arrive at acceptable and fruitful strategies. Additionally, the management should take the responsibility of enlightening the employees on the need for the change whereby in this case will lead to maximum support from the employees (Cook, 1999).
